Hi guys,

So here goes-

My friend who owns Buffalo Wild Wings would love to have a BMW meet at his joint. He's a really cool local guy, down to earth a stuff, I propose the next meet be here, it's a new location with a TON of Tvs and games, reminds me of a David and busters almost. I can have the entire front blocked off for our cars and we can have like a show and shine etc. I've also invited a couple of my heavy hitting friends with their exotics except we're throwing dates around. I would like to get to know a few of you. Who's down for a meet at BWW on veterans blvd.?

Oh and forgot to mention I am putting up $200.00 into a bar tab for you guys . So I'm sure this would be pretty neat ^_^

no but it does need the jb4 just to keep up with me lol JUST PICKING...On another note I just priced my Ferrari with all the options I would like...before taxes its $340k after taxes about $375k. You got that right???

I think a weekend probably would be better b/c if I'm not mistaken LSU and most colleges are getting ready for finals...and we have a few people that wouldn't be able to make it (grant, todd, ian, ben, alex, etc...)

Oh I just read the thread looks like they want a MT n55. At least its gonna come out soon? I'm happy with my jb4 though no problems with it if I were to change tunes I'd probably go Procede

They already tested an N55 awhile back but for the 335i, not sure about the N55 135i tho.

N55 doesn't have DCT. M3 and M5 and M6 has SMG but only the 335is they offered the DCT in. other models have Steptronic, which is good and stronger than DCT but not fast as DCT but DCT is WEAKER. Manual is the strongest out of the 3.

My brother and his friends have been eatting there almost everyday, Bout time I go and eat lols. and have a glass of wine. hopefully they will pitch in and do this meet. not alot of people in BR are free to come down, everyone has a busy schedule.

We also have a new e90 m3 that needs to make an appearance. My vote is December 16 cause thats the only day I can make it haha

He said he wished the N55 had dct meaning he knows the N55 doesnt have dct.......

I actually didn't know that lol I just assumed the n55 335i also came with the DCT. I have a 2008 N54 135i so I have the steptronic but when bmw switched the 135i over to the n55 in 2010 or 2011 they also upgraded the 135i to the dct.

Yeah I've heard the same thing about the dct slippages but I read that it seems to happen at 450+ hp and since I don't plan on upgrading my turbos I would be fine I think. (With meth and E85 I'd probably pull in about 420 probably the next thing on my to do list). So having a silky smooth dct would be nice but I just have to live with my steptronic until the M4 comes out in 3 years

They did???? So unfair

The M4 will be out Spring of 2014 (just over one more year)... Im extending my lease by 6 months on my 335 to pick up one of the first M4's.

Haha yeah its the one argument the n55 guys have on the 1addict forums whenever someone makes fun of the single twinscroll turbo..... no offence

Yeah I've seen some of the sneak peak pictures I'm really liking how the 4 series looks. I hope the M4 is not a limited production like a 1M was. Only 650 of those cars made and I'm still kicking myself for not saving up any money to get one new while I could.
