What do you guys think? 225/50/18 Blizzak set up... Beastly looking?

Decided to run a square 8x18 set up with (4) 225/50/18 Blizzak WS60's non-runflat tires. Got a great deal on a used set for $360 with 10/32's thread left (12/32's new). No rubbing whatsoever. The speedo will be 7% slower but I'm not too worried about it. I looked at lots of other rim options because I have a set of new 17 inch Blizzaks left over from last season that I ran on an Audi, but couldn't find anything I liked better than the 189s, and I wanted to keep it cost effective. The rear wheel is the stock 255/35/18 summer for comparison.

Yeah - that's one way to do it... I didn't go with ASA's because they bend to easy... As a matter of fact the next thing I'm buying is a rim straightening tool / machine. Anyone in the Milwaukee / Chicago area want to split one? $650...

Do the 225/50/18 rub? I'm about to bid on a ASA GT1 rim with 225/50/18 wrap

My winter set is 225/45R18; pretty close to yours. My wheels are uglier, though!
