Thats unfortunate that happened. Im not saying that this was the case with you and the two others but a lot of the failures i have seen is with incorrect installation.

Bad install is always possible. I've been around the block a few times though.

Wasn't too sad to see it go because the JUTTER when engaging 1st & 2nd was driving me fn NUTS.
