I'm amazed that the stock tyres are not already rubbing,do you not carry back seat passengers at all?

The 313's have an offset of ET39 on the rear,so with a 12.5mm spacer, you're running an offset of ET26.5mm which is very, very aggressive on the E92.

I wouldn't upsize,if it's not rubbing now,it will on a 265/35 tyre.

Whoa ET26.5 on a E92!? I didnt think it was possible. Does the LCI have a different track to the pre lCI?

I had the Coilovers raised to max height on the E90 and a 265 on a Et27 was running for me.

Yes, it does rub.
I am running 265/30 , 225M 19" (same offset as 313) with 12mm spacers.
There was minor rubbing when I hit dips without any passengers. Having the fenders slightly rolled took care of it.

I have the BMW Performance Suspension , I don't know if that makes any difference as the drop is only 7mm rear and 12mm front (compared to m sport)

thanks for the info. I'm not keen on fender rolling so stock sizes for me then

I have some pics on here somewhere with the spacers fitted, take a look, No rubbing. It does sit quite low at the back but don't think it would rub unless I overloaded the car
