I have no dog in this race. N52 owner, but I bought the bms fix from burger for my headers and any emails I sent to terry were answered within about 20 mins. Even after work hours. Never dealt with the vishnu guys but I think Terry has some good customer service.

Yes, Terry has been nothing but helpful, even to someone who spent $500 with his biggest competitor.

Yep, LAST YEAR. I have never gotten a reply from Shiv, and ive had the tune for about 3 months. His CURRENT customer service has been lacking for myself and others i talked to. He was extremely helpful to me about a year ago as well.

Ps- This is coming from a Procede owner. Im not a biased JB4 guy. I bought Shivs tune and still love it. Just wish i had more support with issues/kinks.

No he doesnt. But his current customer service has been very poor as of late. His CS is the past may have been great, but he wont give me the time of day. Terry@BMS helped me figure out some misfires, which truly shows his character. Im all for second chances, and i love how my tune feels now, so ill leave my judgement to the next time i have an issue. If im rejected yet again, ill just switch over to the JB4 G5 board (which seems to be a dyno-queen with the new isolated boost anyways).

Sad to hear, as always. Was it work related?. Unfortunately, unless this issue has been going on for a month or two, its not an excuse for the poor CS... Lets hope he gets his stuff together, as i used to be a Vishnu fanboy

Since everybody is bickering about customer service and blah blah blah, let me tell you something, both tuners have great customer service, here are 2 examples:

Terry@BMS is very responsive, and hands on with local customers. The night before the Airstrip attack i had tons of problems with my car, and was very discouraged about going. On Thursday night, 1 day before the event, i went by Terrys residence(his home), and we fixed all the problems, including all the meth leaks i had. Great customer service, i have been a loyal customer for 5 years, and plan to keep it that way.

He could have easily put in 20 runs both days, and raced number of cars that were out there, to show great results if the FFTEC kit, instead he spent most of the time there fixing customers problems.

If anyone thinks they can do better than either one of the tuners, nobody is stoping you from opening up your on company and putting in crazy amount of hours into a product. I'd like to see how you would like people bytching about your customer service then...

I couldn't agree more with Sick... Both Terry and Shiv spend a vast amount of time developing and supporting their products. I have to laugh at all the people who have made comments about shift sector and the majority of those who have voiced their opinion weren't even there and have NO CLUE as to what went on at that event. Sick and Terry were both really cool to hang with to include the entire Vishnu crew that showed up at the event. I just wish more tuned 335s would have showed up... So before you bitch about customer service, just remember your not the only person that has an issue and if you didn't take the time to research the issue prior to contacting your vendor then you probably shouldn't be tuning your car anyway. They don't have time to babysit every person who has a bad plug, injector, and can't figure out how to read a diagnostics code.

Very true, and i agree to an extent. I dont hate Vishnu, i just havent had great experience compared to Terry (who is always by his computer? lol). I hope Shiv is feeling better after the hospital and can get the ST cars figured out.
