Are they easy to install? Door pannels need o come off?

Very easy to come off. You don't need to take the whole door panel off. From their website -

"To prevent your window tint from scratching you need to apply our MoleSkin felt to the inside of your windows weather strip. The installation is completely hidden.

You only have to remove four screws to install our BMW kit. It's an easy job anyone can do."

These are very easy to install.
