Nice! Once you use a CIC your CCC starts to feel way too slow.

NBT shares the same screen resolution as CIC, but has a much more powerful NVIDIA graphic processor.

So all we'll need is the guts with the e90 screen :-)

I am officially offering my e90 for testing.

Very interested also. I was preparing to do CIC retrofit from CCC but would much rather wait for this. Any updates please let me know. I'm also convincing my Dad that he needs an update also so you could have two customers ready and waiting.

Differences

Any info on the differences between the two systems? CIC and gen 3 nbt?

I was on verge of changing my CCC. I would still consider changing to CIC if there isnt much difference.

Super interested in this. I was also considering a CIC retro, but looks like I'll be waiting for an NBT retro now.

I offer up my e93 for testing as well. LOLz

Those of you who are considering NBT instead of CIC, please take note that NBT will not be available until second half of 2013. Pricing for this NBT kit is not be available at this time, but it will be more quiet a bit more expensive than CIC!

Any inside knowledge on how BMW plans to integrate Siri "Eyes Free." I am guessing based on the expected life cycle of NBT, that it would have to be enabled with firmware update as opposed to a whole new hardware kit.
