ConnectedDrive software update won't accept my VIN anymore - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

I use to be able to put in the last 7 digits of my VIN to check for updates but it's not working anymore. I keep getting this message:

The Vehicle Identification Number you entered is not correct. Please check your entry.

Can you guys test and let me know if it works for you? Thanks

spooky. I was just googling this issue as saw your post. I have the same issue and same error message. pretty sure I have the correct digits as I can look up the VIN on other sites and see the right info about my car.

I'm wondering if it's down because they are loading new updates?

On the bright side, that would mean new updates...

I got the same today. Hopefully new updates for ios6 on the way!!!

My car is a late Sept '10 build with 6Fl USB and there is an update for it. It was listed under March '10 - present update. There was also one for March '10 - Sept '10 bulids. I guess I should look for updates more often since it was odd that it only talks about iphone OS5
