LOL, a troll indeed. I looked at those links.
The first one deals with sludge. I thought I might have to deal with that when changing the pump out of my 24 year old honda with 210+ thousand miles. when I dropped the tank and opened it up, it was perfectly clean inside, no sludge whatsoever. So much for that theory. 2nd link deals with cooling of the pump and cost of replacement of over $1000 hahahaha. Anyay, again, running the tank to empty for a combined 500+ thousand miles on my cars with NO problems or issues at all. Oh, and the cost of pump replacement? $75 for a higher capacity walbro unit I put in the above honda this summer. OaklandR = troll. |
