Hello to everyone I am new on here, my apologies if this has been done to death already, I have a cracked rear wheel, and ahem... was wondering if there is anyone out there with one for sale, non welded version!!
On the same topic, are the replacements sold by BMW modified / strengthened in any way? Cheers, Richard. |

I have 2 sets of genuine MV3's. One set which came with my 06 car and another I bought from eBay as a winter set (I think these were from an 09 car).
The former have Germany 'written' on the inside of the wheel and the latter 'South Africa'. They are also different in terms of the thickness on the inner part of the rim, and yes, the older, thinner German rears are cracked. |

I had one replaced last yr (2011) under warranty,it's a version 2,as shown in the pic.
It was manufactured by Cromodora wheels in June 2011. ![]()
