I've been looking at them, but have read the shift boot may not line up properly. Will I have to buy a new one with the zhp knob?

Also...I am probably going to buy the msport steering wheel or the M3 steering wheel...so much for not modding.

I've had both and prefer the M3 wheel. They're both sweet but the leather feels like higher quality on the M3 wheel. Best interior mod you can do, IMO.

It'll line up with the stock boot, all you need is the knob itself. The part number is 25 11 7 896 886, should run you about $70 from Tischer or equal

Install is a breeze, you just put it in 2nd gear and pull the stock knob straight up/off.

The ZHP knob then fits right on - it's both shorter and weighted, a much better feel. I used it on an E90 335 for 3 years, barely even looked worn afterwards.

I just got rid of my MB coupe for a 4dr. Are you interested in some m3 replica sides painted MB as well as a trunk lip spoiler? If your replacing your Sport steering wheel shortly I would be willing to trade some items for it as well. Seeing as you have cold weather package that means your wheel is heated which is perfect for me.
