Just gonna put in my two cents here.

I had problems with them as well. Ordered a product that said was in stock. They send me tracking email and said it was being shipped. One month goes by, nothing. I email them, they say that they have no control over USPS and that basically the mail lost it, and if it doesn't show up within the next week, then we can go from there. Mysteriously two days later the package shows up. I wont order here again!
