Everything is oem parts for mtech e90. Don't think it's universal with the m3 bumpers. I've provided the part numbers if you want to cross reference.

If you will do $15 shipped for the retrofit adapter PM me and i'll take it. You don't have the air ducts by any chance, do you? Getbmwparts.com or tischer sells the retrofit adapter for $17.30 which is why I think 15 shipped is a fair price. Let me know.
