Windshield fogs up from the inside and then have to use the ac to clear it all up, even the passenger windows fogs up along with the back, have to turn on the air constantly to prevent it, so annoying!!! Was going to use the rainx stuff but its not allowed on tinted windows, what do you guys do???

Happened once on a really cold day on the inside bottom passenger side corner of my windshield.

keep the windows open if you dont use AC.

If its cold outside and you use heat, make sure you keep the outside air vent open or at automatic mode.

you've never dealt with window fogging?? this is why they invented the "windshield defogger"... you know that button in your HVAC controls that has a lil picture of a windshield..........

If you don't run the AC compressor (snowflake symbol button), you are going to have moisture in your air and the likelihood of fogging inside increases. I leave the AC button on even when running heat, for dry dehumidified air.

yeah, I know dumb post but comparing this to a camry its doesn't have this problem lol no need to use the defroster, ac, or heat its just fine, and it cost not even half hahahah jk

Simply keeping the ventilation on with auto air recycling (A/C only if needed) has resulted in no fogging problems with 5 different Bimmers.

Heavy moisture on the inside surfaces of your windshield in the AM can indicate that there is a leak somewhere which is letting water in the cabin.

Have you correlated to rain?

I never have this problem.
Car is always set to 20 degrees with "Auto" and "AC" both on.

Dont queit see how any car can keep itself from fogging up without some sort of AC / blower / heater

Your condensation (fog) sensor should keep this from happening if you keep your system in full "auto"

Stop breathing so hard in your car!

I rarely run the a/c in the winter or defrost. I keep the inside of my windows free of haze by wiping them once a month with Invisible Glass cleaner. I've driven loaners cars that has the fogging problem but mostly it was due to light haze already existing on the window.
