So? Your thoughts?

I personally think that he truly deserves it. Take that kid out of the mix, and TAMU doesn't even win 8 games. Especially against Bama.

You think he can perform at the same level next year?

As a grad of Texas A&M, I a bit biased. But you bet I think he deserves it!

This award + A&M's 2012 performance in the SEC will do wonders for both athletic and academic recruiting for the school, for years to come.

Fightin Texas Aggie Class of 03. Whoop! Gig em! ..... I too am biased but come on, look at all the records he set. He deserves it.... But I did think they were going to give it to the Irish.

What he did against Oklahoma this past week was remarkable. I now see why he won the heisman over Te'o

Agreed, and with TAMU's recruiting class, and LSU loosing most their Defense, TAMU has a long bright future in the SEC.

No.... TAMU will do well, don't get me wrong. But not a National Championship appearance, and especially not against Ohio State.

Braxton Miller was impressive in a sort of 1 season sense. They gave all their cards away the year that didn't matter for them. They won't go undefeated next year.

Next years Championship game will be Bama and Oregon. All there is to it.

impossible for an SEC team to go undefeated. Only way an SEC team will get into NCG will be to back their way in.

On the other hand, it's impossible not to vote in an undefeated Big Ten team..

Watching him play is too fun. Can't wait to see what he does next year, Alabama is going to have a hard time going for a 3-peat if he keeps playing at the level he is.

1998, 2009, 2010....

All years an SEC team won the Championship game after going undefeated.
