Anyone riding on KW V1/V2
I am thinking of getting some coilovers by springtime and wanted to see if any local (Seattle area) members have KW on their E92 willing to give me a ride...I want to see the improvement in ride and performance of the KW...
thanks

Have you gotten install quotes? Mind sharing that if you ever do get them installed by a garage? I was thinking kw v1/2 or BMWPS, and I was quoted a disgusting amount for the PS so I'm quite interested in the KWs as well.

I have KW V2's, highly recommend them and I had someone install mine for $200, but it was at his house up in Lynwood.

Thanks for all the inputs. Would you say the ride is "firmer" than stock sport suspension? Is it easy to adjust the height with the KWs?

It can be firmer depending on how you adjust it, and with the height it's really easy to lower it, but harder to raise it. Get the V2's if you want to adjust the dampening. I would lower it just by a little, and depending on how you like it, you can lower it some more later on.

Red I have V1s on my E90. For some reason I think I remember we live near eachother. I'm just in north Seattle just shy of Seattle Gold course. Get in touch if you still need anything or whatever.

As far as adjusting height, fronts are super easy McPherson struts so adjusting height is just spinning. Rears though are the other version (forgot the name of it) where the spring and strut is separate so adjusting the height on that is much more difficult. You either have to take the suspension apart again or partially... Hope that helps...
