bent strut. Any recommended shops in Queens??
Heres the story...
I brought my car for misalignment bcus it was keep pulling to the left. This is approximately 4th alignment past 1 year. I noticed camber was always neg .2 but mechanics never mentioned or anything like that until last alignment. Mechanic told me he wasnt able to proper alignment bcus something in the front right (passenger) is/are bent. He then gave me an estimate to fix it quoting 1160. That includes strut, knuckle, bearing, and alignment including labor. I can get the parts through tisher for 150 cheaper so I am wondering is there any shops you guys recommend in queens that can fix it without breaking my wallet? Any thoughts or inputs are greatly appreciated

My thoughts exactly but he did say he lacked tools and a place to do repairs. I've done many a suspension swap in my driveway. I invested in some tools and a manual in my earlier years as opposed to spending additional money for a shop to perform a half ass job and bill me for parts and or services that were not performed. I was burnt In the past during my Honda years. I mean op if you want to tackle the repairs send me a pm. I've got tools.

Motocepts is ok... My boy had to go there 3 times just so the could get the aftermarket light conversion working. He kept getting i driver errors and all sort of electrical bugs. He did a i drive retrofit there to. Even today he gets tons of fog light errors. He just gave up they could never resolve the issue. Im sure all the changes to his electrical caused his problems.

thank you guys for your inputs. I would like bring my car to professional because I just want to make sure it's strut, knuckle, and wheel bearing that need to be replaced. The V&S Motor at Bayside quoted 1100 bucks.. I think I will go buy a coilover set with that money...
any thoughts...?
