Total Exhaust Frustration! - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Ok Guys,

I am at a loss. Tell me what you did. I have an '08 335xi. I picked up a set of AR Design DP's and ordered up the AE Full Exhaust. It seems they are one of the only ones out there that make a full length exhaust. Not just an axle back replacement. I heard late last week that AE is no longer making the exhaust! So now what do I do? I am not super interested in doing just an Axle back setup. What other options do I have?

What would you do?

They only make for e92s and no xi's according to their website.

I added the AR designs dp's and was hoping to get rid of the rest of the cats. Full free flow. Plus you lose close to 10 HP with just going axle back.

Someone is selling a used one in the for sale section. He welded hi flo cats in tho.

I have the AMS on my xi but they stopped making that one also. Try the HPF one. Should fit.

Some shops are able to fit the Vanguard exhaust around the transfer case.

I have the full AE Performance 335i/xi Exhaust System E90 for sale. Used about 3k on my 2011 335i x-drive sedan. This will fit on non x-drive cars as well. My wife did not like the smell of catless DP's so I had a shop weld in Magnaflow stainless steel high flow cats ($200 for high flow cats + $150 to weld them on). These cats did not take anything away from the awesome sound nor the performance but they did eliminate the smell of fuel with catless DP's. I have over $2,100 invested in this exhaust. Asking $1,200. Pictures in the for sale Turbo engine section.
