Anybody need a short term apartment? - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

I'm closing on my first home currently, but am still in a lease with my roommate (who is being stubborn and won't terminate the lease early). The apartment is in Kingstowne, VA (Sussex at Kingstowne to be exact). It's a 2bed/2bath, dual master suites. You would have your own bathroom, walk in closet, and share living/dining/kitchen area. Everything currently in the apartment is mine, so it will basically be empty once I leave. Apartment is roughly 1100 sqft.

Rent is $1800 base. After utilities I usually spend $1000-1050 a month. I'm looking for somebody to sublet for $800 a month, I'll cover the difference. 1 March-15 July.

Roommate is 25, a sales consultant at Passport BMW. He spends most weekends at his girlfriends house. Probably only home 2-3 nights a week. Pets are allowed ($25 a month).
