It took them 3 months to replace my transmission. Oh well I had a 335i E92 loaner...

Alright sweet, thanks guys. I'm tired of driving to Decatur from where I live now and it's gonna suck even more to go from Kennesaw.

I purchased and had some warranty work done at Nalley in Decatur....and it is a haul from Canton. I didn't have any problems there and their waiting area is nicer than United of Roswell.
That being said United is only 25 min away, they have been very accommodating, and helped me on there dime when they didn't have any reason to, other than customer loyalty. My car is there right now!

Went to BMW S. ATL this morning and was very pleased. I will continue to make the drive down there even though Global is 5 miles away.

I live in Midtown. The dealerships most convenient to me are Global, Nalley, and South Atlanta. Based on Global's reputation, I'll probably pass on going there.

Does anyone have any service advisor recommendations for Nalley or BMW of South Atlanta?

A couple of SAs I've seen mentioned at Nalley are Chuck Ford and Scott Kuehl; does anyone recommend either of them?

I think Chuck Ford is gone.
