You could take a look at where this rubbing is taking place and maybe solve it with a very small spacer up front. By virtue of how the fender liner is shaped and where the contact is happening, moving outwards just a couple of millimeters might be enough to cure it. The 313s are OEM so they are conservative enough to give you the option.
