Same as DimiSa tips just different brand I forget the name, installed were $148

yea, I saw those there... he had everything.. just if you want black chrome those you would probably have to wait for..

Sweet. Thats exactly what I want. I was going to order Cyba tips but man $140 for tips alone is steep.

New tips look way better.

Not to hi-jack but what front lip is that? I am looking for one to put on my mtech front end.

I do have a question that I hope someone can answer for me ( New to the forum and the car )

I have a 2008 335i Sedan that I would like to do the same thing to. I brought my car to a local muffler shop that I have been using for quite some time now to have 4 inch tips installed. They put my car up on the rack and were nervous about the (not sure if i'm calling this right. The actuator flange that has the vacuum tube on the drivers side) muffler shop and my self weren't sure of what this part does and I held off from having the tips installed because they were uncomfortable cutting it off.

Here is a photo of one:

Do I need to retain this on my my car. My 335i is a CPO vehicle with a warranty and I also bought the maintenance contract as well and do not want to have any issues with the warranty if I need to use it. It looks like the coupe has a little more room to cut this off then the sedan does. If it is OK to take this off is the vacuum hose leading to the driver side exhaust is just plugged, or pinched closed? Any help would be greatly appreciated

when I bought my car it already had this hose disconnected and unpllugged (right inside the drive's side rear light flap there is a black connector) the hose was plugged by a screw screwed into the end of it, you don't need this valve. what it does is shuts close when you start your car to warm up the muffler.. if you get rid of it it will be a little louder when starting car... sounding very nice! I also have a warranty on it and as you can see I have cats removed as well as this done and it doesn't affect it.

No man I haven't found the time. I really need to take the drive. Believe me ill post pics the moment i get them.

well if you want I can sell off my tips.... I'm getting quad diffuser so I no longer gonna need those...
