VO / FA stuff, and a missing sticky code. - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Hi guys.
Anyone know what these actually are in English?
The car is a 2008 328xi E91 in Canada.

$838- - -N/A (not in the sticky list, but Google suggests this is "CANADIAN MODEL" - correct?)

$850- - -ADDITIONAL EXPORT TANK FILLING

$845- - -ACOUSTIC FASTEN SEAT BELT REMINDER
...not any more! Coded that crap out! However now that I see this, if I had just removed this from the VO would that have had the same effect I wonder?

And can anyone decode this VO preamble for me?
Just trying to understand what it is saying about my car.
