thanks!

I can't even start the paperwork for about 25 days, but thats ok I'm looking forward to seeing what all the fuss is about, besides it just being a beautifully made piece of industrial art.

I'll have to compare it to my 617 and buck mark shilouette, both interesting guns (to me anyway) in their own right. At least I'll be able to shoot on the cheap!

Oh ok. I keep seeing an M3 that resembles in the one in your pics parked outside of some insurance office near Brew's.

On another note...Shooter's World is going to make a lot of money around here. Ammo prices are good, super close to Walmart price tags

Do you think it's ok to shoot +P ammo out of a S&W .38 snubby circa 1963? Cylinder is tight when cocked. Gun is in immaculate condition.

Hey guys

So... I'm looking at finally purchasing my first hand gun.

Been shooting on off for a little over a year... Been a Glock fan; but recently I saw a Beretta PX4 Storm (.40 cal) at the range the other week and fell in love with it; the weight, the grip, the sight, and the look (price is fair too, $575).

I wanted a Glock mainly because they are built like tanks.... and I'm not always one to be on top of maintenance like I should be..

I Read some reviews on it, overall did not find anything negative, was curious if anyone has any hands-on experience with it?
I haven't met anyone at the range (or anywhere really) that has any personal experience with them.

Thanks in advance

it would probably be just fine, but I personally wouldn't do it. if it is a time capsule piece I would like to keep it as such and just feed it what it was designed for. The +p will be far below a proof charge, but why cause unnecessary wear on a great old gun

This IS all Canada's fault. Ever since the movie Canadian Bacon with John Candy, Canada has been plotting to take over America as they thought the movie was a training simulation by the U.S. government. They have infiltrated our government and are planning on stripping us of our guns so that they can drip down like thick maple syrup smothering us. They're jealous of our warmer regions and want to take them for themselves. All that cold can drive someone insane, Jack Nicholson in the shining anyone? Its only a matter of time, we need to secure our norther border!!!!!!

Back to reality, I would be careful with what ammo you put in your gun. If you think it might be an issue, don't do it.

In your personal opinions, what is the best priced site right now for accessories like laser sights and flash lights?

Federal laws alow civilians have a very, very limited number of handguns and rifles.

Example: Civilians can have only 1 handgun, the calibers are limited to .22, certain .380 handguns and 9mm.

If the law enforcement agencies or the military found that you have an extra hangun that means a serious Federal level violation and means you must face prision.

As civilians I´m forced to visit a special gun show (owned by the military) and choose from the options available, the military do a quick check, pay, fill forms, open an expedient with all the information that its transfered to the local, federal and national security data bases... wait (be hella patient) and recieve my gun.

So I can have 1 handgun for self-defense and on my work I´ll have an assigned handgun with a superior caliber.

I see, well at least you can own a pistol, so do you get to own a separate higher caliber at your workplace also?

amazon and ebay.

I recommend you to look into the Viridian X5L Gen 2. I have one on my xdm45 and I'm very happy with it.
