afe scorcher?

Has anyone ever heard of this product? I just received my march/april european car mag and in the new product release theres the afe scorcher module. Just another tune in the competitive market for our cars. I don't know how they will fare against the others seeing it $500 and offers 40hp/50 trq on a n54 and a little more for the n55.

I think its a jb+ type tune. Pretty useless.

yeah I agree it doesn't seem adjustible seeing theres probably one map, you make get a little more out of it if you have basic mods dp/fmic/intake?

We have a for sale thread and its on our site.

It's just another option for a mild tune.

from the title of this post I thought it was going to be a question about how AFE DCI's get so hot....

I don't think this is a good option seeing that AFE is not known for their BMW tuning.

Ya, seems like a turbo tuner or JB+, way too much money for all you get, it says it plugs in to factory harness, must just plug inline with the pressure sensor like the others.
