I rolled by a bunch of e92's across from the international market in emeryville. I was rolling in my buddies e30 m3, wanted to stop but had to be somewhere in a hurry.

I got a reply from Treasure Island and they said the parking lots typically rent for $1000-$1500

Plus you need to factor in permits too....And I'm sure there are some other stuff that's probably mandatory by the state for something along this.

Ever think about the Presidio???? To see what the permit may cost there at least you wouldn't have to worry about the state requirement because its federal. I can check on the permit cost for like crissyfield
