I'm thinking of going 275 on 9.5" alloy as the 265 has a bit of a stretched look....

Now is anyone running this set up and is there potential for rubbing?

N.B: Sorry guys can't seem to reply, I'm going for Falken and they don't have a straight sidewall so shouldn't be an issue, fingers crossed!!

Im running 275 on 9.5 inch wide rim.
As long ad the tire sidewall isnt too big its no problem.
275/33 should be just fine

It can be done all depending the wheel's offset and tire shoulders.

I had PS2 275/30/19 on BBSs with rear offset of 25. Then got PSS 275/30 did not fit. I had to step down to 265/30 un order to fit. PSS have a beefier tire shoulder and wheel bead is 10mm in-board of tire face plane.

I am running Michelin pilot super sports 275/30/19 on Miro M6 replica wheels which are 19X9.5 and they fit fine! Really does depend on offset with wheels. However, they are a little beefier then the regular Michelin sports, but look better!

I am running Michelin pilot super sports 275/30/19 on Miro M6 replica wheels which are 19X9.5 and they fit fine! Really does depend on offset with wheels. However, they are a little beefier then the regular Michelin sports, but look better!

Sounds like your offset values are in the 30's.

I have Bridgestone potenza RE 11 summer performance with about 80% thread they r 275 in the rear

I have run 275's on 19x9.5 w 33 offset for maybe 50k miles. Rubbing when lowered, then i rolled fenders, no more rubbing. I am not slammed, though. This was on Hankook's then PSS.
