Charge the battery over night and see if the issue is fixed. Then you will know if its your battery or not before spending the $$$ on the battery. I recently diagnosed a battery issue this way that was causing my blower fan to cut out. The best part is that it costs nothing (if you have a charger or can borrow one from someone).
