19x9.5 front on 2009 E91 LCI - will they fit? - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

hey guys,

I own a 2009 E91 LCI (facelift). I would like to run 19x9.5 with 35 mm offset on the front. I know rears are no problem. Would it work?

I saw some posts about the pre-LCI models but nothing about LCI. I thought only the rear axle was changed on the LCI which permits running anything more than 9.5 without major fender rolling

LCI and Pre-Lci are the same at front, and yes 19x9.5 et35 will fit with 235/35/19 tyre. If you have coilovers you probably need spacer to clear struts inside. I have 18x9.5 et35 at front and it's around 2mm from my stock struts with lowering springs.

seems that et35 puts it really close to the strut even stock. my 18x8.5et40 was really close, couple millimeters away. the 9.5 would be 8mm closer than that.

thank you for your feedback. actually the wheel I am planning to run on the front has ET40. it is a 19x9.5. this means that I am forced to run a spacer. the question now remains, what is the thinnnest spacer which is hub-centric? a 5 mm spacer is not hub-centric. I know 10 mm are. I wonder if a 7 or 8 mm is hub-centric. do you know?

I think the thinnest hub centric spacer is 10mm. You can easily use 19x9.5 et30 wheel at front.

On a Pre-LCI, if I have coilovers, would 19x9 et35 front clear the struts?

It definitely should. Your clearance compared to stock shock is about 8-9mm that should be enough. I have seen people with 19x9.5 et30 front with coilovers which is 1mm less clearance inside than 19x9 et35.

What does np mean?. But yes 19x9.5 et33 will fit with 235/35/19 tyre. I now have 18x9.5 et30 with 235/40/18.

You'll probably need a 1 or 2mm spacer

Got 2mm of clearance with 9,5 et33 on FK coilovers.
