I'm from Philly, and am looking for some fun. If I go to the Chicago Auto Show the 9th (first day opened) will be I be disappointed?

I personally love the auto show. It's $11 or so, definitely worth that IMO.

If you go when it first opens in the morning, it is considerably less crowded than in the afternoon. First day (on a Saturday) is going to be busy

I'm looking for some adventure, and I know someone out there who would let me crash with them. The Philly one is so blah, and is so bland. I got this $175 ticket voucher from US Airways so I probably will just to do something different. It'll most likely be the last weekend, (15-17).

You can go and see http://www.motorcycleshows.com/chicago as well, 30-45 minutes drive from auto show

the Chicago auto show is always good, definitely going early to beat the crowd though.
