does it make a diff that this is a euro spec navi ?

Euro Spec Nav doesnt have HD radio. Also 2010 US units have built in Sat tuner.

Can ccc screen work with cic receiver and controller? Or cic screen ccc receiver and or controller, basically can u mix and match?

No. CIC hardware will NOT integrate with CCC.
