Ok so I think I got it corrected if anybody has issues later this is what you gotta do: 1. Push both eject buttons on cd and DVD plus cd vol control button at same time. This reinitializes computer. 2. When computer comes back on delete phone and then pair it again. It will be like new money "no more messages"!!!!

Not sure all I did was reboot the system delete all the phones paired and then reinstall the phones. It worked for me the first time. Haven't had any problems since. Try it again

Mine used to do this and would eventually reset itself if I drove a little while. The bad news is that this was one of the first symptoms I had of my CCC failing. Eventually the CCC just died and I had to have it replaced. I hope that's not what's going on with yours.

I can't delete any numbers off the iDrive system since none exists. It clearly has something to do with me installing an MS-8, mids and tweets and a trunk subwoofer.

Need to examine connections more carefully!

Sam

Just realised my PDC gong is also no longer audible.. have told my installer who will check it soon. I'll let you know the outcome once it's been dealt with.

Thanks,
Sam

When the SOS malfunction came on, did your radio work?

If everything works but the Bluetooth then you need to replace the tcu module. Mine went out this past summer and haven't replaced it as i can live without it. New one costs about $700+

Great no $$$ spent, hope it was just a glitch. My 325 was a 10/25/2005 build and by mid 2006 they have all of the quarks worked out. Didn't really mind, when it was in the shop they keep on putting me in a 550i, which lead to the 06 M5, guess they knew what they were doing!
