Steering wheel shake

I dont know if this happened after I put my 5mm spacers on or if it was happening before, Im not sure.
But the steering wheel once I hit 40mph has a very small shake in it. Like a 1/2" inch back and forth shake.
If I let my hand off the wheel the car will go straight for as long as I want.

Anyone else have this experience? Id take off the spacers and see if thats the issue but I figured asking to see if its normal on here first before doing labor in the garage

Sometimes the spacer will contribute to the shaking. Since the wheel is not seated fully on the hub with 5mm

check the tension strut bushings and balljoints are in good shape, make sure the wheels are balanced and the tires arent cupped

Tire shop did all this when my new wheels and tires went on. It was shaking with old wheels and tires and still doing it with new wheels and tires.
Havent tried taking spacer off to see if it goes away

could be wheels out of balance, or the spacer not allowing the wheels to sit all the way flat and flush on the hub
