The oil is blow-by from the crankcase that will build up inside your FMIC, then reach the charge tubing and diverter valves eventually into your motor and onto the intake valves.

And catch cans don't exist to catch oil from turbos, they exist to catch and condense PCV oil-enriched vapors to prevent the blow by oil from entering the intake tract. Excessive PCV oil can be caused my a number of different things as well, ranging from a leaky check valve to issues with your piston rings being worn.
I was having issues posting from my phone, after multiple attempts I stopped writing so much per post. I did not mean the oil was necessarily from the turbos, but the fact turbos will collect oil in them due to them being in the intake system (their design does work in a manner similar to a catch can, as the oil can collect in it and pool), and that is why catch cans exist, but yes the majority of the oil comes from the PCV system (CCV or crankcase vent valve as it is referred to on a BMW) and that is where most of the oil burning issues stem from.

I just check my charge pipe and it looked like it had a tad bit of oil around the rim. Think this is norma since i saw a lil bit when i changed my intercooler (before smoke problems). I just got a towel and wiped it off. Will post some pics tomorrow. Also I will try to get some videos of the smoke but my car will only smoke a lot occasionally when driving. It will also only smoke when my car is warmed up and on the road. When im iding i can only see a little bit of constant white smoke. i don't see smoke when im crusing lightly at 70 mph. But in stop and go my car will smoke under accel and decel and when I hit a red light the smoke will swirl around my car from light winds. Embarrassing when I know but people around are trying to tell me my car is on fire.

Thats normal. I'd lean towards the vent valve to start with. I'm shooting from the hip without being able to accurately measure the crankcase pressure but its the most likely cause at this point.

My dealership said faulty crankcase ventilation (idiots)...brand new head, brand new valve over and RB valve and kept telling them it was seals and they refused to believe it (at one point they accused the CP of causing smoke issues)...I got RB's and RobBeck said I had the worst seals he had seen! Dealerships don't know shit honestly lol! I think they have a multiple choice on the screen and they just choose one lol!!

If oil is getting past the seals and burning off it is the seals. Yeah a lot of people valve cover gasket can cause a lot of crankcase pressure problems because the vent holes from the head are no longer sealed/clogged and they then get a crankcase pressure problem. It seems like my dealership must not know what they are doing lol!! The diagnose some weird shit!

is this at start-up because they way it is coming out of both exhaust tips leads me to believe that is condensation from being cat less...being castles leads to a bit more condensation and mine literally spits out water until fully warmed up.....also short trips will cause condensation from going hot/cold.

Post like this just drive me crazy. For future reference up until a couple weeks ago heads and turbos have to have written approval from bmw for replacement. Should that (idiot?) tech replace those parts without BMW's direct approval after their own diagnosis the (idiot) tech has to pay for it. Maybe one day they can require written approval from you or some other username from a website. Sounds to me like you very well could of had your warranty voided. Turbos run the dealer 1400 a pop and are 13 hours labor after attempted adjustment and diagnosis. BMW pays out about $4000 a claim, this does also cover the cost of brand new turbochargers.
since you edited your post I never went there with any attitude...it was after the 3rd time of them getting it wrong...yes 3rd time I got attitude. Also when someone says the diverter valves cause crankcase pressure when in fact they go right into the induction tubes are pulling at strings and making shit up. Never called you all idiots, the techs at my dealership are. Never said you where. Didn't appreciate the dead battery either when picking up my car. Just stating that just because someone is a tech does not mean they are the best and know everything.

update. Installed the new PCV 2 valve. Drove for 10 mins. Still smoking. Going to put more miles to see if it starts working.

update2 - drove the car more and now the smoke is lighter and less. Hopefully it is excess oil that needs to be burned off. i hope this valve will resolve it soon. will keep u guys posted.
