Auxilary belt

Is this easy to change DIY? or do you need specialist tools?
Ive been quoted 35 to change the aux belt and air con belt by my garage but if it is something relativly easy to do I would prefer to do myself

Is this a labour only or all in price?

The aux belt doesn't look too bad, the aircon belt looks like it needs a special tool.
