Tyre sizes for 18 ins alloys

Hi guys,

I am thinking of getting some 18 in alloys, what would be the best tyre sizes for front and rear?

Thanks

I think front 225/40/18 and rears 255/35/18. I'm not 100% sure.

Just make sure you get a staggered set - if you get 8" rims all round then 255 will be a bit large, you shouldn't really go bigger than a 245 on an 8" rim.
Sorry if i'm teaching you to suck eggs...

Is up to you. I personally like original set up. I'm running on 225 45 17 and 255 40 17 and wheels front 17x8 and rears 17x8.5.
Then I think you will be fine with 255 at rear. As original bmw set up. I
