Devils Own SS Dual line upgraded review/pics

Made a seperate thread from my Devils own meth kit review for ease of searching.

Decided to go with dual lines for better optimization, I ordered the Devils Own kit and cant be happier! I went with a DO7 & DO10.

Upgrade kit comes with 8" line (will have to specify if you want a 90 degree) 4-AN T (2 male ends & 1 female end....goes directly to selonoid. Nozzles and tap are seperate, I also ordered another line.

Now you just need to get rid of the stock plastic vacuum tube that runs through your photo. Nice job Rob. Feel a difference in response?

Nice setup man! Hopefully the 2nd line doesn't cause too much extra leakage into the cp and it all works out well for you.
I miss those little red hose ends haha, they look pretty cool!

Seems to have a very good/fast response, haven't got to really get on it yet. I hate that damn vacuum line, if there was a upgraded I would get it without question!!

1st line is so short and love it...2nd line is only 9"+ and before the 4-An I had a 18" hose with no issues so this should be good!

Make one! Just get a donor if you have to switch back. They heat the plastic to get the connectors in the plastic pipe, so I would assume you can reheat or just cut it off if you have an extra pipe. Then you can route it where ever you like.

Really nice install. My only concern is with engine vibration that SS line might cut some more of your filter. Looks really good otherwise!

I used some heat shrink tubing on my braided lines before in areas where I thought it might abrade things, it worked pretty good maybe you could try that out?

i used fuel injection tubing in areas where it rubbed but I replace my filters every 10,000-12,000 so I am not to worried about it...but that is a great idea

besides that it looks great....... How much hp increase is there to be gained from one nozzle going to two nozzles? Or does it just even out the meth in the cylinders for more safety?

Actually here in a week or do...I had a Dyno slip with the meth cutting off and got furious and crumbled it, but kept it....my wife cleaned my car and threw it away lol!! I was pissed but my fault it was right at 516 Hp with meth flow being cut at around 3800 (I limped on one run) or so (air kept getting in lines)...I am hopping for 520-525 (thats my goal anyway). I think it is feasible. I had a 70% mix of E85 and trims didnt look to bad even with meth cutting off (except when meth cutoff once with over boost turned up to 24)...still pisses me off lol!! That s the reason I switched everything on my meth system....I want to know that when I smash the gas I get instant response with no damn air! Lol!

I also want to data log at the same time.

I was working on a friends N55 doing some tuning and we had an issue with lag on the meth pump as well as the PROcede rebooting. Ended up putting capacitors on the power lines, one on the PROCede and one on the pump. Fixed the power surge on the pump and also fixed the PROCede reboot issue. N55/PROcede has a shit connection for power. They put a spade off the first fuse in the panel and voltage fluctuates so much it was causing the PROCede to just randomly reboot. Anyway, he's now running 50% e85 and 100% meth with a boost target of 20 psi and it's stupid quick. AWD car so the launch is neck breaking if his clutch holds... He's pissed at me now because he's blowing through his clutch and needs to upgrade. So just food for thought, putting a cap on the power line for the pump is only a few $ and a few minutes to eliminate any voltage drops. Also, did you run an override to purge the meth lines? My Rev 3 has it built in and rather than having a boost control switch, the PROCede controls the switch, so at 3k rpm, I can hold my volume control down and it will trigger meth to purge the lines. Nice race day option as you roll up to the start line, rev the engine and purge the lines so you know you don't have any glitches when you launch.

I'm also anxious to see a dyno, I've been hoping for one for a while secretly now haha.
