Hi All,

Im new the USA & California.

What is the deal with smog testing? How often, etc?
Can cars pass this test with modified / aftermarket exhaust systems?

I'm thinking of modding a e90 m3 (2008).

I love california but I'm really glad to not deal with smog anymore
