it is a possibility she was just plain distracted, it has happened to me before with four friends in my car and the music blasting, cruising on the freeway not really paying attention to the road. My speed sometimes gets away and I hardly notice that I am slowly swerving into another lane or not keeping the car steady in the middle of the lane. I do not know what it was in her case but I don't think she was hammered. Evidently she was able to get home in one piece. It would not surprise me if she had a little to drink tho.

I am in no way advocating drunk driving, but I watched a few minutes of that video and have to say, I know people that are just bad drivers who drive the same way. I wouldn't have done what you did just because of a little lane walking. At no point during what I saw was anyone ever in danger.

The only time I would call anything in is if it was blatant. For example, blowing stop signs / red lights, running cars off the road, etc.

I think it's way over the top what you did especially when I looked through your videos, some of which are entitled "Almost hit a curb....again" where you're sliding all over the road. Hypocrisy isn't something of which I'm a huge fan.
