Fair question.Its due to me expecting mine to look like this:

If its not necessary,I obviously won't bother.However,if I do end up changing other bits,I think to skimp at that point would be a false economy!

Right. I bought my dampers on Ebay because that was the cheapest at the time. YMMV.

Front dampers ebay item no 280865507274, Bilstein part no 22-135032 (L) 22-135049 (R)
Rear dampers ebay item no 270958380453, Bilstein part no 19-135052 (x2)

Can't think of anything, particularly if an indy is doing it for you.

You already covered bump stops - mine were in that state and mine's a 2007 car. If yours is anything approaching that age it's probably worth replacing them, either with the same or shorter ones.

Then a 4 wheel alignment a week or so after you've had it all fitted - very important.
