Concierge usage?

For those with BMW Assist, I'm just wondering what owners in the community
do with their Concierge service (if anything). I have it, but haven't yet used it.

I assumed I never had it because the button never did anything (and I bought CPO but didn't pay extra for SOS). Then I got a letter 3.9 years after buying telling me my service was about to expire. I don't feel like I missed much either way... I usually know where I'm going and what I'm looking for up here in Vermont :/

I also have AAA but haven't ever needed assistance in my E92.

You're confusing BMW assist with concierge service. Two different things... I had it for the first year. Made some reservations for restaurants and hotels. That was about it, nothing I couldn't do on my own.

Ive used my free roadside from Amex a few times. Probably would have used BMW assist if not for it.
Although the Amex use was for cars I wasnt even driving (friends, family etc so not sure BMW would have helped in those situations
