I've done that a few times on Call of Duty but.... not sure how this guy made it out uninjured.

but this is fucking real life and it's hard to imagine he survived that

he was pulling some sharp turns close to the ground, perhaps he just misjudged

Very lucky. I can see how the pilot could survive that. He wasn't doing 200mph towards the ground - he was levelling out.

Is it me or is the dramatic music on the video in timing with the crash?

Fingers crossed UK top gear will hope to reenact that, with Hammond at the cyclic/collective and at a much higher speed. He managed to escape the jet car death I had planned for him.
