Leather Warranty

I was wondering if BMW covers leather warranty just like they cover the 12 year rust warranty?

There's a small little cut about 2mm right where i sit. I just want to get it done b4 it gets any bigger

They covered my leatherette seat but i was under the four years. They told me that its on a case by case basis. Could be bull s
