They use a glidecam or something like that I think. One of my buddies just got one a few weeks ago and has been testing it out. We're going to make a full edited video of my car once its done and ready in a few months. Here's the one he did when he was testing out the slider if you want to check it out

Wow those are some astonishing videos and I just looked at some glidecams...the price tag

Yea he's really good at what he does and trying to make some money out of it. I think he grabbed his on ebay and it was only like $100 or so. He also filmed one of my buddies S4's for like 30 min then did quick 40 second rough draft clip for fun. The one with the S4 is paying him to make a full 3 minute or so video so he just did this as a sort of teaser. It's unlisted since it was a rough draft but he used the slider for a lot of the shots if you want to check it out also
