Coding help
Hello
Ok so I got myself some DEPO projectors today and I tested them and see that my parking lamp malfunction errors will be there for both sides..now I'm looking to disable the error completely. I called an indy shop and they do not even want to attempt anything like that. I have a USB - OBDII cable but am not sure if it would work for the coding http://www.scantool.net/obdlink-sx.html I am willing to buy one that is needed, and get any operating windows needed to get it all working and for someone to code the error out. We can also discuss a reasonable price to do all this for me via program TeamViewer or something similar. It would be much appreciated. Thanks! |

After reading a little bit i figured that I will have to purchase a new cable.
My car was made 03/07 .. my luck because that seems to be some transition month and year for the cable. here are some pictures of what the OBD connection looks like if that can help anyone point me to the right direction. ![]() ![]() ![]() thanks. |

If your just looking to get the errors out and code a couple of things why not just call a coder to do the coding for you. The cables are hit or miss. If you want a guarantee cable to work then buy the one from Onestopelectronics. It's a bit pricey but its 100% proven to work. Good luck as I can't give you any more concrete info to fix your issues

I'm in Jax and have coded a lot of cars around here. I've got a couple couple cars to code today.
