I think he has been watching too much Ronin. At least on Ronin there were around 80 stunt drivers.

I hope he remains in jail for a long time.

I don't think they were wearing seat belts although at the speeds they were doing I am not sure thy would help them. Rev limiter in 4th at one stage which would be around 130mph in town.
