Issues with CELs

Ok i am getting the following CELs my car is completly stock right now and I am getting the following CELs.

2418
0056
0238

I have let the car sit with the battery disconnected overnight, I have useded the Creader (let it run through 12 times), and restarted the car about 20 or 30 times.
At this point I'm lost.

Are you sure you put the wires that you originally extracted back into the right ecu slots? Sounds to me like you have them jumbled. Does the engine start up immediately or does it crank for a while before starting up? Pretty easy to fix this... just need to go through the steps.
