Mtech differences?

Hey guys, I'm currently searching for an MTech bumper but I can't help but notice subtle differences in certain pictures I've come across. Aside from the different diffusers, is there a reason these two mtech bumpers below differ? The top one seems to have more pronounced sides and upper section above the diffuser, not to mention a smaller width in the opening grill section. It could be also the lighting, but can someone shed some insight if there are different mtech versions out there (Again, ASIDE from the Diffuser).

Thanks!

The top one is made by Duke Dynamics, it has a pronounced ridges on the top left and right side of the diffuser, like an e60 M5. The bottom picture is an OEM/Replica M tech bumper with an interchangeable diffuser.
