Just deleted my prior post. I just printed the standard features from bmwusa and it appears to be a standard option

they're supposed to turn on automatically based on the temperature outside. read that on the same thread i was trying to find for your first question but still had no luck

Ya I think it's turned on automatically if I remember correctly.
