Shake and Bake

I bought their chargepipe used and emailed them for install instructions which i received shortly and then noticed a minor piece was missing/lost and after about 5 minutes on the phone with them I had it shipped to me for just shipping cost.
Even though I hadn't bought anything from them I thought it was great customer service. will definatly persuade me to buy directly from them if I find the need to get their oil cooler or other parts.
